Temporary legal operator: Total Chaos is a trading name operated by Audio Lumina until the dedicated Total Chaos company registration is completed.
At Total Chaos, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for software licenses and Early Access purchases.
Evaluating Before Purchase
We strongly encourage all customers to evaluate CueForge through the Early Access programme before purchasing. Early Access builds include the full feature set so you can assess whether CueForge fits your workflow.
Early Access Purchases
Early Access purchases are offered at a reduced price to support development. By purchasing Early Access, you acknowledge that the software is still in active development and that some features may change or be added over time. The reduced price reflects this early-adopter status.
Early Access purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a critical technical issue that prevents you from using the software at all, contact support@totalchaos.be and we will work with you to resolve it.
Standard Licenses
For standard perpetual licenses purchased after general availability, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have not activated the license on more than one machine.
To request a refund, contact sales@totalchaos.be with your order details and reason for the request.
Venue and Enterprise Licenses
Venue, Enterprise, and large-volume licenses are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Refund terms for these licenses will be specified in the purchase agreement.
Consumer Withdrawal Right (EU)
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content supplied on a tangible medium or via download where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, the right of withdrawal may be lost. Our refund terms above apply alongside any mandatory statutory rights.
