What CueForge is
CueForge is a cue-based show-control platform. It gives operators a single place to author cues, validate the show, run it safely, and monitor everything in real time.
The current beta also includes Control Mapping — incoming MIDI, OSC, and HTTP with exactly-once execution — and the Audio Deep Editor for waveform-level audio cue authoring with markers, beat grid, and phrase regions.
Designed for theatres, cultural centers, schools, AV production, installations, and live events — anywhere a missed cue is not an option.

Workflow
Why it matters
Confidence under pressure
Complex shows involve hundreds of cues, multiple systems, and a narrow window to recover when something goes wrong. CueForge turns that complexity into a deliberate, repeatable workflow.
Visibility
Know what is running and what comes next.
Confidence
Validate the show before the audience arrives.
Predictability
A cue does what it says, every time.
Workflow
A deliberate path that keeps the operator in control at every stage.
Build cues, set triggers, group actions, and add notes in a structured Edit Mode.
Preflight catches missing media, broken mappings, and unsafe conditions before the show.
Show Mode gives only what the operator needs: NOW, NEXT, and GO.
Track output status, cue progress, and system health in real time.
Show Mode
A panic-resistant interface that shows only what matters.
Why it matters
Show Mode is the operator interface for performance. NOW RUNNING, NEXT ARMED, and a large GO button keep the operator focused from first cue to final blackout.

AvailablePreflight
Find problems before the audience does.
Why it matters
Preflight checks every cue, trigger, and output before Show Mode entry. Red blockers must be fixed. Yellow warnings are acknowledged. Then the show can run.

AvailableTriggers
One cue. Multiple systems. Controlled dispatch.
Why it matters
Send OSC, MIDI, and HTTP from cue markers today; grandMA3, QLab, and Resolume sends are in early access. Incoming MIDI, OSC, and HTTP is received through Control Mapping with exactly-once execution. Each integration carries an honest status so you always know what is supported today and what is planned.

Nothing is live until you decide.
Why it matters
Edit Mode is where productions are authored. Organize cues, set properties, map triggers, and group complex scenes — all with full control and no surprises.

General-purpose OSC in both directions: OSC Cues send to any compatible device or software, and Control Mapping receives OSC to fire cues and show actions.
MIDI in both directions: MIDI Cues send to synthesizers, lighting desks, DAWs, and other MIDI-capable equipment; Control Mapping receives MIDI (including hardware controllers) to fire cues and show actions.
HTTP in both directions: HTTP Cues send requests to external APIs, control systems, and webhooks; Control Mapping receives HTTP (method + path matching) to fire cues and show actions.
Synchronise CueForge playback to external timecode sources for tightly timed productions.
